Great work on a German car, same day and were kind enough to offer me a discount and showed what brand of rotors they wanted to install. Less than half the price of a dealership so I am satisfied.

Mostafa has been one the best mechanics I’ve done business with. He not only made sure to get me the original part for my engine, he didn’t over tax me and gave me a fair deal. Real decent dude.

This guy does not know what he is doing, he is a scammed. Please read below. Hey Mostafa, I am on my way to your shop. You wanted me to pick up my car before 12pm. It was agreed upon that you will have my vehicle in the same condition in which it was brought to your shop because you have kept it for almost three weeks without any progress. I brought my car to you because the battery couldn't hold charge; after putting a new battery, you said it was not the battery but the alternator. You demanded for a specific high end alternator only, after you had put the new high end alternator, you decided it was not the alternator. You again said it was not the battery or the alternator, we need a negative battery cable sensor which you said was $450; I requested to allow me to purchase this part on my credit card since you only take cash payment, you texted me a link and the part was actually $600+. Immediately after purchasing the cable, you told me that I will have to pay your friend additionally to program my car after you work on it, because this is standard protocol with German cars after battery change. You also said you will not be able to get to vehicle until mid next week,

I had a fantastic experience with Mostafa at Best Auto Repair. He worked on my 2014 Ford Escape and went above and beyond, replacing several leaking coolant hoses, a solenoid, and spark plugs. Not only was the pricing incredibly reasonable, but Mostafa also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even showed me all the parts he replaced. What really stood out was his commitment to making sure the car was running perfectly, he personally test-drove it five times before giving it back to me, just to be sure everything was functioning exactly as it should.
